Description
Double scrollbars are present (cf screenshots). Both on IE6 and FF3. The horzontal scroll is quite hard to find.
The sub-engine (category picker in the file field for instance) is not resizable which is causing some issues when dealing with large numbers of categories (= more than 20 wcich is quite often the case).

Ok for double scroll bar,
But making this picker resizable is still missing and it's a real issue when you have more than 5-6 level in your tree..
The picker itself is resizable, see the file manager for example.
But in the engines, it's the whole window that should be resizable. This has not been implemented for obvious look and feel reasons, but if it's a requirement then we might wait until they are refactored using gwt for instance.
And by the way, this behavior is common to all the engines, including the filepicker.
Please do not use JIRA to throw new specifications, or at least regroup the improvement tickets into a dedicated place.
