Alerts: they are not positionning at the right place

Alerts are no more positionning at the right place (bottom right of the browser window in an asbolute manner (and not related to the lenght of the page itselt). On long page, the alerts could appear a bit everywhere on the lenght of the page and you have a lot of chances to not see it at all.

Would it be possible to make the "reload" word clickable and which would force a reload?

Would it be possible to have a small close icon and to delay the duration to, let's say 5 minutes?
