Alerts: Clickable "Please refresh page"

    Description

      It looks like there is some problems with the alerts. Sometimes the please refresh icon in the toolbar does not appear at all.

      Regarding the "please refresh" alert, the alrte (refresh or reload term) needs ot be clickable.
