SP4: Tuckkey Url Rewrite Limitations: Hardcoded page14.html in big text - no script to migrate existing customers - problem with Copy/paste

Currently the tuckey servlet filter for url rewrting is turned off by default. The idea is to turn it on by default for Andromeda in order to release directly Jahia with some more "simple urls" (no more any jahia/Jahia and directly some simplified page14_en.html page)

However there is currently some (big) limitation with the tuckey url filter we have introduced in beta for the SP4 (sub-tasks)
