There is no integrity URL check when a file is renamed in FM

I have activated URL integrity checks, and I have created a bigtext that contains a link to a file stored in webdav.
I open then the filemanager, and I rename my file.
My bigtext contains now a dead link.

I don't know if the problem is that there's no integrity check (could be perf killer if we need to check every fields of the site each time we perform a file operation) or if the problem is that we add an hardcoded link to the file in the bigtext instead of a dynamic reference as in files box (I have added my link with "insert link" button, then "link to file on Server" in FCK)
