AJAX FM - FCK and big text: no increment on file usage when linking a file from within FCK - No integrity checking - No FileLockedOnPublication

Files, images, etc... linked directly within a big text do not increment the file usage list. The such files are not checked for integrity (preventing 403 or 404 errors). They are also not locked when published if you turn on the "FileLockOnPublication" settings in the jahia.properties file.

We should better these integrity and lock checking for files embedded in big text especially right now as FCK includes lots of pre-integrated sitemap or file tree options in order to ease integration of flash, images or files within a big text.
