Sp2 URL Integrity Checking: Work in progress is started BEFORE the integrity checking when saving a container = not closed while the integrity checking is displayed

If you activate the url and WAI integrity checking on your site, and if you try to make a link in a big text pointing to a non validated page, this lauches a 403 warning. But the work in progress pop was already launched before... and never closes any more. The work in progress pop-up should be launched AFTER the intergity checks.
