Sp2: Share title for all languages does not apply to ALL

According to MAN-4, if you have both language settings active: a language without country (en) and same language with country (en_US) then when you add a new page and click on "share title for all languages" the en_US page is not created and set.

Only if you go to update page properties and change the name (add a space or so), the en_US page is created. This has been already fixed in a patch for Manfrotto and commited to the JAHIA_4_1_BRANCH.
