Publish msg: only available for editor, not publisher + typos

The publishing notification msg is only sent to the original editor (e.g: john), but not to the publisher as a confirmation of the publishing step (e.g: to Jenifer). The first step workflow is sent both to John (initiator) and Jenifer (next action maker).

Would be nice to have the same behavior between the waiting for approval and publishing steps. Either John does not recevie any confirmation of his worklfow on first step (and Jenifer does not receive any confirmation of the publishing on the second) or both receive some confirmation emails of their actions.

BTW; it would be nice to be able to customize which email notifications each user wants to receive (or not) in the MySpace area. Improvement point for a next release.

P.S: the content of the publishing email also needs some polishing for final relase (cf screenshot)
