    Description

The Publication Manager prevents the publishing of a page (even if translated in opposite to what the label indicates - cf screenshot), when the mandatory lang is not already published.

#1: the Editor has no indication of what is/are the mandatory langs. Put a star in the titles for mandatory lang for example
#2: Would be nice to have a small JS which let you group diff lang and validate a batch of pages if they contain the mandatory lang(s) rather than having to make two distinct workflows. For example if EN is the mandatory lang, EN should be selectable. And when EN is selected the rest of the line with all the other available lang should also become selectable.

P.S. In the current case, this is a classical ACME demo on which I added two empty lang and FR is mandatory. Pages such Events, Publications, News, ... have not been modified from the inital import. So I don't understand why this prevents the editor to launch a publication. And even if there is a good reason to block the full site from any further publishing, the editor has no information about the blocking content objects.
