I18N: JCR system name does not like extended charsets

The system name within the engine does not like extended charset. So when you want to synch your title with the system name and you are working with extended UTF8 charsets, the JCR excpetion.

Perhaps add some JS to remove such an option if the title does not classical ISO chars
