I18N: Lang switcher display country flag when the lang is localized (e.g: FR_CH + DE_CH) -> two same flags by default!

When you use localized lang in your virtual site (e.g: FR_CH; DE_CH;...) the lang switcher component alwyse display the country flag -> not the best idea to seperate diff lang per country
