Consistency: Use checkbox in the main menu for all kind of "Status"

Use checkbox everywhere in the topbar menu in Edit mode for all types of "Status". Currently from one menu (View) or the other (Workflow, Publication) there are sometimes checkboxes and sometimes only icon.

Replace everything by checkboxes.
