Workflow 2 steps: Last publishing steps: Jenifer refuse the publishing, workflow dashboard of root becomes empty

Setup a 2 steps workflows on a page. Root went through the first step. Jennifer refused the last step (back to root). The workflow disappeared from the root workflow dashboard when previous steps were visible (with all the path of quick correction and others milestones).

Root should now accept the step through the action menu available in the selector.
