Workflow Lock icon is removed for Jenifer (publisher) but edition engine are still locked

Initiated with John a complex workflow on the Activities section. With Root, I asked for corrections. This removed the publishing lock icon in the Selector (you need to refresh with F5) both for root and Jenifer (not tested with john). However the edition engine are still locked for Jenifer.

So does a quick review only unlock the page for the current user (root in such a case) or for all "publishers"? Then the pending locks should be in synch with the possible actions in the involved containers.
