Engine resource bundle doesn't apply to login popup labels

I try to internationalize labels of the login popup ("login", "Username", "Password", "Remember me") for Russian language. That's why I edit the corresponding properties file with "ru" suffix. All the Jahia labels but the labels of login popup are internationalized indeed.

What's wrong with the labels of login popup?
