Admin Center: Remove user "permanently from the server" is not true > Take care of the wording

When deleting a user from a site, this mentions that this user will be permently deleted from the server.

This is clearly not true as:

• if the user is still in use on another site, only this instance will be deleted (but the other instances are still working... would be nice to know on whihc other sites this user instance is in use and to be able to delete (aka turn it off) at once on all virtual sites)
• if the user is only active on this virtual site, you can not recreate it any more afterwards (and how could we turn it on if he is only in "sleeping mode" then?)

Quite hard to document how to manage users and groups in Jahia as everything is different if you deal with local Jahia user, distant LDAP user, local groups or distant LDAP groups. not one scenario is behaving from a similar manner... but all are managed throught the same UI with the same texts...
