Flush cache issue when creating a new user and assigning permissions

I created a new user (manager - RWA) on the imported demo site and I granted to him some access right on the Home page (first on the Home container in the top menu and then on the Page properties).

When login with my newly created user I only have action menus on the home page container. No inheritance on sub-content object items. When switching in FR this works fine.

Problem with cache flushing when creating a new user (BTW: was already a fixed bug on Jahia 5).
