It seems that no notification email is sent when we publish directly a page, whithout going through notified step

I have done the two following tests, with root:

_ published a page directly, bypassing the "notified" step -> nothing in log regarding notifications
_ notified a page -> nothing in log regarding notifications
_ published this notified page -> [MailServiceImpl] - E-mail message found. Start sending... / [MailServiceImpl] - ...message sent in 295 ms

To be confirmed, as I have received no email, in any case, due to issue reported in JAHIA-4772
