HSQL issue: java.lang.NumberFormatExceptio when updating the ACL

Create page A type simple.
1)Create sub page B type Actuality
2)Change the ACL on page A by removing R right for guest and adding group User with right R
3) Open the update engine on page B and and click on ACL tab, ACL picker is not loaded and here the exception in the console:
