right panel of category picker doesn't always display the correct result

On a content object , add some new categories (screenshot1).
Reopen the update popup engine on this object, in category picker right panel content is ok (screenshot 2)
click in 'Plan de classement' node in left panel, here the result in right panel (screenshot 3)
Right panel is supossed to always display the selected categories on the CO !!!!
