Manage Portlet - Edit portlet details brings teh virtuial site management screen in the popup in case no site is created yet

    Description

      Before creating a first virtual site, go to the Manage Portlets and click on e.g. "jahia/googlegadget".
      A popup is displayed, but instead of portlet details screen the virtual site management is displayed (screenshot-1.jpg)
