1) removed clip builder component from the license
2) use resource bundle for "unlimited"

2) Regarding 'test setting' button and 'Integrity Check' engine's lines I suppose they are correctly RBized as for German they are well translated Please confirm me that . (any way for French translation as well, don't hesitate to ask the French guys's help )
