Form handler. change usage to send form from a non cached page.

Actually due to cache issue we cannot use a token to identify people sending a form.

This mean that people reloading pages will post again form

to avoid this, the form will be send to a non cached page.

This page will be call in the context of the current page (call with /templates/sendform url in order to reach sendform.jsp)
