Online Demo: bad encoding of accents in some big texts

Several big texts in the prepackaged online demos are suffering from bad big text encoding which is corrupting accents in the french language. This is quite a shame as this is the default demo which illustrate multi-language and UTF8 capabilities.

I do not know if this is just some bad copy-paste or some other more severe big text encoding issues. But in all the cases, at the end of release, there should not be any problem with accents.

As an exemple just switch (before publishing your demo site) to the "Société" page. Then open the big text below the main image and switch to the simple text editor. You will found text such as:

<P>Fondée en 1950, l&apos;entreprise fonde sa croissance sur ses succès internationaux, la formation et le développement personnel de ses collaborateurs et l&apos;acquisition d&apos;entreprises dans les métiers qui lui sont proches.</P>

If you know switch in compare mode, look at the attached screenshot (with some bad "empty" text which are appearing). Not a terrific wow effect for a frenchie.
