Page properties engine : js errors

In the page properties engine,

I can't switch from one language to another one. Javascript error.
I can't fill the page url key field (impossible to type in the field)
If I click on OK, the ajax process window appears and never ends... and there is nothing in my console, like if no process were launch

It's a clean install + purge of my navigator cache so I shouldn't be a local problem.
