Category picker does not consider properties from the CND

In the CND it is possible to set the root category for a category field, to offer just a limited view of the category tree. This is not used by the new category picker widget.

As well it is possible to not set/remove "multiple" property in order to set that multiple or only one single Category can be set. This is also not considered in the new category picker.
