jahiaServer.bat immediately redirects to the url without waiting for Jahia to get started frist

After having installed the online demo, I shut downed my Jahia and restarted it. My IE6 is already launched and is my default browser.

As soon as I clikc on JahiaServer.bat, this redirects my browser to localhost:8080 when Jahia is still not started at all.

So either we do not redirect brwoser at this moment (like in the JahiaInstaller.bat which works correctly) or we do not make any redirect at all and the "busy page" comes (because if you reboot Jahia under heavy load, not everybody is the webmaster so perhaps you want to display a default "Jahia is under maintenance, please wait" kind of page.

But a "the page cannot be displayed" is definitely not the page you might want to see here.
