Installer: screen 8.1: impossible to understand for a Jahia newbie

After having selected my default demo, I fall on the 8.1 UI. I already mentionned it a few months ago, but such a screen is non-understandable by any user in the current state:

1) the title:
Liste des fichiers dans le fichier zip ???

I never selected any "fichier zip", What does it mean?

2) Column names
Name ???

Which Name? Do you mean Label? Import Variables?
First column has no label

3) First Line: "Utilisateurs" ???
What does it mean? OK, I am a Jahia expert so I understand this will import the Jahia users embedded in my import file. But I doubt this is that crystal clear for a Jahia user which install Jahia the very first time. A description above each line would help understand each option.

4) Permissions sur le serveur ???
Ok. I am not so a Jahia expert. Even myselft I do not know the impact of turning on or off such an option. Does it really change something?

5) Titre du site, etc...
As already mentionned to Islam, this should come in first as these variables are the most important one. Other variables such as "Utilisateurs" or "Permissions sur le serveurs" could only come below or in an advanced tab.

5b) Veuiller Sélectionner un jeu de templates
Given the fact that I just selected an hardcoded import demo on the previsous installation screen, I am not sure of the result if I switch to another template set right now. But I presume I will have some problems. So why keeping such an option here. Just a check to know which option was selected in the previous screen in order to hide such an option would do the trick.

6) Contenu partagé: shared.zip
Here gain: fully obfuscated. What does it mean if I select it: it overrides all the shared space? It adds and overrides all files with the same names (if any)? If I remove such an option will my import demo still work? Quite a lot of question for a basic user who just want to run a pre-integrated demo.

Globally speaking, I would be in favour of fully removing such a screen when importing a demo (or only keeping the title, servername and sitekey (and even the sitekey is quite confused for a Jahia newbie as you have no idea and no integrated help to know what it means. From a similar manner, you do now know which variables you will be able to change later and which one are then frozen for ever (e.g sitekey)). So I have three times ACME but no idea what it really means.

Finally if I correclty understand the email notification system in order to make embeddded Jahia links work, "acme" as a servername will not make it. So we would need "localhost:8080" by default here I think. Else you will need to manually reconfigure your servername in order to try to receive any email notification which is already quite a big deal only to make the workflow works.
