After reboot the next button appears before Jahia restarted leading to a 404

My fresh install is on MySQL. When shutdowing and restarting Jahia there is a countdown (count up) until 150. This countup is hardcoded to 150. It looks like on my PC for whatever reason this took more than 150 to restart Jahia. So the next button appears before that Jahia was fully rebooted. When clicing on it I then have a ugly 404 page pointing to http://localhost:8080/, ehwn clicking on my back button (like the usual user), I have to wait again unitl 150 and reclick on the button to access to the next screen of the wizard.
