The new ctn List (Event list) imported by copy/past is not displayed untill flushing all caches on its page

Created a new event page in FR and En on the coporate demo site, copied the event list of the page event on this new page,my import and then indexation process on this new ctn list have already been finished but this new imported list is not displayed on my new event page until I flush all caches !!! side effect of the fix JAHIA-4482 ??
