The share this language with other lang option could not be deactivated any more once activated

Created an page in FR and EN en activating the option 'share this language with other lang '.
Update the page by deactivating this option and remove the title in FR and clicked On ok.
The title is still shared between two lang and if you open the popup engine again and shared icon is not activated but the title is shared between two lang.
Infact you have no way to deactivate this option once activated
