Issues on content picking elements of action menu

1) when creating a new page by content picking of the other page, the content picker's page displayed in the action menu of the source page doesn't point to the correct one (always the home !!!)

2) Actually if copy / linke past a page through action menu , you're able to create a linked copy of the staging pages as well but through ancient method (create page popup engine/ content pick tab,,) you're able to content pick the live pages as the search result is filtered for displaying only the validated pages (there are severals historic reason for this behavior as the complexity of the synchronization between the source and destination after each modification of the source ) so correct the actual behavior to be able only linked copy the live page through action menu as well for being coherent with the other way
