prepackaged import and manual import UIs : The list of template set should be exactly the same we have in site creation UI

The list in prepackaged import and manual import UIs (PrepackagedDemo and ManualDemo screenshots ) (I hope we call the same JSP for) should display exactly the same set of template list that we have in site creation UI (AdminCenter_SiteCreation screenshot)
