Performance issue on category manager and category pickers

QA server (10.8.37.3) , \Demo Import File\Metadata\Multilingual_categories\categories.xml

Just try to import this category import file (the actual category tree of 'commune Genevois' in 6 languages) and try to navigate between the different sub categories , choose one, switch the language , try to change the selected category , switch to another lang..... you'll rapidly notice the perf issues and will prefer to close your picker forever...
