You should add a width value to the first <td></td> in the main table

<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="5" border="0" width="100%" class="evenOddTable">

in order to get a more correct presentation (see screenshot)

I think something like <td width="150"></td> or <td width="20%"></td>
should improve the layout
