Config Wizard, issues on importing prepackaged file Option

1) the first option should be choosen by default (screenshot 1 )
2) visual issue on seconde option (screenshot 1 )
3) in the next UI (in the case of importing prepackaged file) the list of template is wrong (screenshot 3)
1) for 'Test and training demo' we should only have " Test and training templates / Jahia TCK templates (Jahia Test Compatibility Kit) "
2) for 'Corporate demo' we should have "Web templates" and "Web templates / Sandbox Web Templates"
4) in page 10 , for both corporate and tck demo files I'm locked and ConfigWizard doesn't continue anymore.... (screenshot 4)
