Admin Center: there is no language switcher in the admin center

There is no language switcher in the Admin Center. So you have to exit the admin center, switch of language on your web site and relogin into the admin center to see the information in the other available language. This is quite a problem especially when you want to display some information directly in english (or others) for ease of translation puproses. For instance, this is quite a problem in the category management section as you can not reload your category tree according to another language. Same is true with the page settings, user home page selection, etc, etc...

As I see it the main problem is that the switcher is different from the site settings menu and in the server settings. A site could only have one language while the server settings should aggragate the combination of all languages on all the sites.

Such a switcher could be located at the right of the Server settings; site settings, exit admin tabs. Please check with Clément for usability concern.
