Category Manager: the tree is opened according to the key rather than the title - this is the opposite in the category picker

The category manager in the admin cente is displaying the tree according to the key values. This is quite strange as usually the key could be some numbers or some obfuscated data (cf the default QA file from the geneva counties which is using numbers as their category key value to ease category selection)

So the tree should be displayed according to the category title (same as for the category picker). The key should be only another information column. So we should switch the ky and the title column and list the tree according to the tilte column
