Lock issue on content object with Safari

with Root user gave the RWA right to an other user on a page , clicked on my setting of the same page and then in popup engine clicked on cancel button.
logged with this user , make the inline editing active and tried to add a content to the page , you'll see the page is locked by root ant not able to modify it.
