Time based publishing: why the date+hour GXT picker is not present?

Why the date + hour GXT picker is not instantiated in the time based publsihing sub-engine? Such a picker exists as it is already in use in the advanced compare mode (cf screesnhot). Currently you can not select any hour in the TBP sub-engine excepted doing it manually. Not very sexy.
