All "apostrophe" (and certainly other special char) are not working any more in big texts

I imported the latest version of the online demo on a new site and published all the imported site. Then go on page6.html (services Professionels) and open the big text. All "paotrophe" char are wrongly displayed in FCK. They are correctly displayed within the page.
