Pdisplay: by default the columns of the pdisplay are not sized correctly (on IE6 at least)

The colum of the pdisplay are not correctly sized when opening them the first time. There are some collision of text or some dates which are not fully displayed. Not very sexy at a first glance.

Then, if the user tries to reorganize such columns, there is no serialization of such data in some preferecences. So the user has to redo the wole operation the next time he is entering into the process display!
