PermGen issues on QA Servers

I was playing on QA server 243 (build 24614). I rapidly encountered some OOM with some permgen issues (soory not the time to copy/paste the logs from lambda probe... and now the server does not answer any more).

I had the same issues last friady when trying to mount babylon. This time it was when making a JCR search in the mashup manager (search form in the top of the UI).

So:
1) is it a configuration issue on our QA server (badly setup JVM in order to avoid permgen issues)?
2) is it a problem that anyone will face?

So should we change a default JVM configuration in our default builds to avoir users to encounter such a problem?
