Add a "blank" workflow state for newly created page (or distinct workflows)

I am coming back with our "colors" for the various workflow states. I think we are really missing one workflow state: the blank new page which was never published before.

This is quite a critical information when for instance making cross-references between pages in FCK (or in a page field link_only). The editor needs to know that he is linking to a page which was never published yet. This is different from a page wich is "under modification" and which already has a live version.

So I was thinking about introducing a "blank" workflow state icon for all new never published (blank) object

Hard to do?
