Big text "facade" with no HTML capabilities and no HTML allowed

In order to more properly solve the parent JIRA (HTML tags present in the meta tag definition of a page due to FCK) it would be better if we could define in the CND that the page properties description field is a big text with no script and no HTML allowed (pure text). This would then display a basic input form (no FCK) and remove all HTML/Script code in case of a bad copy/paste.
