GXT is loaded in live mode on all pages for the guest user, why?

GWT/GXT is loaded in live mode for the guest user on the new default template. There is no toolbar, just a basic home page with no application, nothing.

Why should we load GWT here? This is a real problem for high-volume web site as there is very large JS lib to load on a first user connexion which will definitvely slow-down all connexions to the site home page and which could be a real problem.

GWT should be only loaded if there is a need for it (my page or similar). But clearly not on the home page which should be the fastest as possible and the lightest as possible in term of KB
