Linked copy: acl not imported due to acl loop

I have created 2 users, put one in administrators group, the other in a custom group (authors)
with root, I have created 2 pages on home page in top menu (pageA and pageB)
I have created a sub page to pageA in left menu (pageA1)
on home page, I have set RW- for authors group on top menu container list
I have validated my whole site with my admin user
I have added a sub page to pageB with my author user, making a linked copy of pageA1
when import is finished, I refresh pageB with my author, but do not see the subpage
same with the admin: this time I see the subpage, but when I edit it I see that it has no acl defined, so it is normal that a non admin user can't see it

I have had some ACL loop errors:

As my first test was on websphere, I have redone the test on a just installed jahia/tomcat and reproduced exactly the same problem
