Display of Alerts (workflow, copy-paste,...) looks like quite random

Display of alerts looks like quite random, depending of the page, the user or I do not know exactly which other criteria. Please check that iw roks in all the cases (and not only on the current page - you can validate a sister page form another page or from a sub-page - the sub-page is then impacted - not the sister one).
