issues of subscription procedures

1) Clicked on subscription icon for confirmation, didn't still confirm my subscription (by clicking on the link defined in the confirmation email) but this icon has already been changed to unsubscribe and let me unsubscribe my self , a little bit confusing !!!!!!!! Am I already subscribed or not??
2) I didn't set any name for my user and in email's title I have 'Dear null' !!!! replace it with 'Dear user' in the case the user hasn't defined an name for him self (scrennshot_1)
3) Clicked on confirm subscription link in the email , I'm directed to this page (sceenshot_2) ,I don't see what are you taking about in the line: 'You can manage your subscription options on the subscription information page.' . It will be more clear of this line is linked to the page you mention.
4)clicked on cancel subscription link in the email - > result (screenshot_3) ??? but clicked on 'unsubscribe service' option at the end of email, it seems to work
